Grand Argyle Resort & Villas – Hotel Policies
1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Reservation & Payment Policy
A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
A pre-authorization or advance payment may be charged depending on the selected rate plan.
Full payment must be completed prior to check-out.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
4. Occupancy Policy
Each room or villa has a maximum occupancy limit which must be strictly followed.
Additional guests beyond the confirmed number may incur extra charges or be denied entry.
5. Children Policy
Children under 6 years stay free when using existing bedding.
Children aged 6–11 years are charged at a child rate.
Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
6. Extra Bed Policy
Extra beds or sofa beds are available on request and subject to availability.
Additional charges apply per night.
7. Villa-Specific Policy
Guests staying in villas are responsible for maintaining the property condition.
Private facilities (e.g., pool, garden) must be used responsibly.
Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-approved by management.
8. Smoking Policy
All indoor areas, including rooms and villas, are non-smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available.
A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
9. Pet Policy
